Do you accept Medicare rebates?
Yes, our services are eligible for Medicare rebates under a Mental Health Care Plan provided by your GP, psychiatrist, or paediatrician. -

Do you offer support for eating disorders?
Yes, we provide therapy for individuals managing eating disorders, using evidence-based approaches like CBT, ACT, and more. -
Do you offer LGBTQIA+ support?
Absolutely, we provide compassionate mental health services tailored to the LGBTQIA+ community. -
Do you offer group therapy programs?
Yes, we currently run an ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) group. This program helps participants develop mindfulness skills, manage emotional challenges, and align their actions with personal values. -
Are there other group therapy options available?
We are planning to introduce a parenting group in the near future. While interest has been low so far, we’re happy to hear from individuals who would like to participate. Register your interest by contacting us directly. We are also open to other suggestions! -
Do you offer trauma-focused therapy?
Yes, we specialise in trauma-focused approaches, including EMDR therapy, which is highly effective for PTSD and other trauma-related conditions.
